You see that, in bellow email, he talked to us about the custom banknote project for the first time, and found 5000pcs too much for him. Luckily, we helped him out at this project, he made 2 designs and each designs 1000pcs for his first custom banknote order.
Our MOQ is 5000pcs, if you have only one designs to make. So we suggest you to make a set at a time. Then the MOQ will become 1000pcs, and to make 5 designs at a time, the total quantity is 5000pcs. If your quantity is less than 1000pcs, or less than 5 designs, please talk to us. We could check how we could help you out.


We talk to Bernd on Skype and meet the agreement on quantity and price. Then he sent us the banknote image he wanted to make. Client could send us high pixel image, or send us real banknote by postage.

  Client have to check carefully when receive the artwork. Check carefully including the wording and drawing on the artwork. Point out all that needed to be improve at a time. That’s to help to save time on artwork drawing. Because we need 3days to finish one artwork, so if you order 5 designs it need about 10-15days. So that we have to make it quick for our designer.

 2, Después de tener una idea de qué moneda hacer debemos confirmar los detalles, como el tamaño de la moneda, el material, etc. Para poder hacer la moneda. Dinos los detalles y sigue los pasos a continuación.

1er paso: Tamaño de la moneda. (ver video)

Por técnica de estampado. Puedes hacer cualquier tamaño menor a 150mm. Solo si el tamaño es uno que nunca hemos hecho anteriomente deberá pagarse un costo extra por el molde.
Tamaño mayor a 150mm, o si deseas un efecto 3D más profundo, se puede hacer con la técnica de fundición.

Estos son los tamaños que más hacemos:

Redondo en diámetro: 50mm, 45mm, 40mm, 36mm, 30mm, 25mm

Cuadrados: 50*28mm, 50*30mm, 44*28mm,

Grosor: 3mm o de tu preferencia

 

2do paso: Confirmación del material. (ver video)

Tenemos muchos tipos de materiales: Oro, Plata, Cobre, Plata Alemana/Cobre-Níquel, Latón, Aleación de Zinc, Aluminio, Hierro, BLI-Material, etc.
La mayoría de las personas escoge Cobre, Latón, Aleación de Aluminio, o Hierro. Depende del presupuesto y la calidad.

 

3er paso: confirmación del color básico. (ver video)

Esto se refiere al color básico de toda la moneda.
Color básico del material: Color plata original, color cobre original, color latón original, color de aleación de zinc original, color Aluminio original, etc.
O color de chapado: chapado en oro, chapado en plata, chapado en cobre, chapado en níquel, chapado en anti-cobre, chapado en anti-latón, etc.

4to paso: Más efectos.(ver video)

Añadir color o efectos a la moneda sobre el color básico, para hacer la moneda especial. Si la moneda no necesita efectos especiales, ir al 5to paso.
Normalmente se hacen esmaltes coloridos, impresiones, incrustación de diamantes u otros. Por favor, haznos saber. La mejor manera para hacerlo es enviándonos una foto del efecto deseado.

5to paso: Empaque u otros detalles. (ver video)

Si ya tienes una idea, puedes mencionarnosla. De no ser así, puedes decirnos tu presupuesto y expectativas. Podemos hacer algunas búsquedas para ti.
Empaque simple: Cápsula con bolsa de polietileno.
Otros empaques: Caja de regalos, caja de exhibición, bolsa de regalos, etc. Una buena manera de hacerlo es enviándonos un formulario como el que se encuentra abajo. Así podremos entenderte con mayor facilidad.

 

Este es un ejemplo de formulario para usar como referencia.

 

3, citación en contra de las instrucciones de detalles anteriores.

Te citaremos una vez tengamos las instrucciones de tus detalles. La citación incluye los cargos del molde, de haber algunos.
Negociación basada en cantidades, etc. hasta tener un acuerdo.
Como mencionado en el video, si trabajamos los diseños en conjunto y ambos podemos venderlos, ofrecemos un descuento en los cargos del molde. Así que si tienes una buena idea, puedes decirnos. En su mayoría, encontraremos un acuerdo en cuanto al precio.

 

4, Boceto contra deposito y confirmación de la orden.

Una vez que se confirme la orden empezaremos a trabajar en el boceto de acuerdo a la idea y dibujo. Te enviaremos un boceto en alrededor de 1-3 días, dependiendo de nuestro calendario. Después de haberlo revisado, necesitaremos de tu aprobación o que nos envíes las modificaciones que desees hacer.
Para hacer el tiempo de comunicación más rápido y corto, puedes seguir estas recomendaciones:
1ero envíanos las instrucciones de detalles, preferiblemente con alguna imagen para describir el aspecto de la moneda.
2do cuando te hayamos enviado el primer boceto, por favor revisa con cuidado y haznos saber todo lo que necesite modificación con tiempo.
Así podremos terminar el boceto rápidamente para ti.

5, pagamento contra la producción.

1ero, Pago por los cargos del molde, para hacer la producción de la muestra.

Tiempo de producción para la muestra: 7 días. Si hay más efectos en la moneda, alrededor de 10 días.

2do pago por la orden de producción en masa.

Tiempo de producción: 10-15 días, de acuerdo a las cantidades y efectos de la moneda.

Tomaré un video de la producción y te enseñaré en un momento. Por ahora, prosigamos.

 

6, producción de foto para revisión antes del envío.

Cuando termine la producción, tomaremos una foto y te la enviaremos para que puedas revisar la producción.

 

7, Envío y no. de rastreo.

Te daremos un número de rastreo una vez se haya programado el envío.

 1, Parlez-nous de votre projet de pièce.

A, Vous avez une idée précise de ce que vous voulez faire réaliser, dites-le nous.

Nous avons fait plus de 10 000 pièces commémoratives. Elles concernent les films, les stars, les paysages les plus connus, la religion, les utilisations commerciales, les événements historiques, etc.

  

 2, Dès que nous avons une idée du style de la pièce, nous devons confirmer tous les détails, tels que, sa taille, sa composition, etc. Pour être sûr que la pièce puisse être fabriquée. Donnez-nous les détails en suivant les étapes suivantes :

1ère étape: La taille de la pièce (voir la vidéo)

Par emboutissage. Nous pouvons proposer des tailles jusqu’à 150mm. Vous n’aurez à payer un supplément que si la taille demandée n’a jamais été réalisée et que nous devons faire un moule spécifique. Pour des tailles supérieures à 150mm ou si vous souhaitez un effet 3D, nous pouvons faire un moulage.

Les tailles les plus demandées:

Ronde, diamètre: 50mm, 45mm, 40mm, 36mm, 30mm, 25mm.

Dimensions: 50*28mm, 50*30mm, 44*28mm.

Epaisseur: 3mm ou à la demande.

 

2ème étape: Confirmer la matière. (Voir la vidéo)

Nous proposons différent matériaux: De l’or, de l’argent, du cuivre, de l’argent allemand/cuivre-nickel, du laiton, de l’alliage de zinc, de l’aluminium, de l’acier, des alliages, etc.

 

3ème étape: confirmer la teinte de base.(Voir la vidéo)

Cela signifie la couleur de base de la pièce.
Les couleurs de base sont: argent, cuivre, laiton alliage de zinc ou aluminium.
Ou en plaqué : or, argent, cuivre, nickel, etc.

4ème étape: Donner plus d’effets. (Voir la vidéo)

Vous pouvez ajouter une couleur ou un effet à la pièce en plus de sa couleur de base, pour en faire une pièce spéciale. Si vous ne souhaitez pas ajouter un effet spécial, passez directement à la 5ème étape.
Généralement, les clients optent pour une teinte émaillée, une tampographie, des inserts de diamants ou autre, dans ce cas, contactez-nous. Le meilleur moyen  de nous décrire ce que vous souhaitez est de nous envoyer une photo de l’effet que vous voulez donner.

5ème étape: Emballage et autres détails (Voir la vidéo)

Si vous avez une idée, dîtes le nous. Si vous n’en avez pas, donnez-nous votre budget et vos besoins. Nous ferons les recherches nécessaires pour vous.

Emballage simple : Dans une enveloppe.

Autres packaging : Emballage cadeaux, boîte de présentation, boîte cadeaux, etc. Le meilleur moyen de recevoir ce que vous souhaitez, est de remplir le formulaire suivant, ainsi, nous avons toutes les informations pour comprendre facilement vos besoins.

3, Devis en fonction de vos spécifications

Le devis sera fait une fois tous les détails définis. Le devis inclus les frais de moule le cas échéant.
La négociation se fait en fonction des quantités, etc., jusqu’à un accord.
Comme indiqué dans la vidéo, si nous travaillons ensemble sur le design et que celui-ci peut être commercialisé, nous offrons une remise sur les frais de moule. Aussi, si vous avez en tête une idée précise, parlez-nous-en. La plupart du temps, nous trouverons un accord sur le prix.

 

4, Création d’une ébauche en échange d’un acompte ou d’une confirmation de commande

Une fois la commande confirmée, nous commencerons à ébaucher une esquisse en fonction de vos indications et de vos instructions ou de votre dessin. Nous vous enverrons ce projet sous 1 à 3 jours en fonction de notre planning. Après vérification, merci de nous faire part de vos commentaires ou de vos demandes de modifications. Pour raccourcir les délais, voici quelques conseils :
1ER : Envoyez-nous tous les détails, idéalement avec une photo de la pièce que vous souhaitez.
2ème : Quand vous recevez le premier projet, vérifiez soigneusement tous les points qui doivent être modifiés.
Ensuite nous pourrons terminer rapidement le travail.

6, Envoi de photos avant expédition.

Une fois la production terminée, nous prenons des photos et nous vous les envoyons de façon à ce que vous vous rendiez compte du produit fini.

 

7, Expédition et numéro de suivi de colis.

Nous vous communiquerons un numéro de suivi une fois l’expédition programmée.

2, dopo che avremo una idea di quale moneta realizzare, dovremo confermare i dettagli, quali grandezza della moneta, materiale, ecc. In modo da poter creare materialmente la moneta. Dicci I dettagli, segui I passi qui sotto.

A seconda della tecnica di stampa. Potrai scegliere tutte le grandezze minori di 150mm. Se ti servisse una grandezza che non abbiamo mai prodotto, dovrai pagare un costo extra per la forma supplementare.
Per grandezze superiori a 150mm o in caso ti serva un effetto 3D più profondo, possiamo farlo con le nostre tecniche di casting

Forma rotonda, Diametri: 50mm, 40mm, 36mm, 30mm, 25mm

Rettangolare: 50*28mm, 50*30mm, 44*28mm,

Spessore: 3mm o secondo le tue necessità.

 

2° passo: Conferma dei materiali.(vedi il video)

Abbiamo diversi tipi di materiale: Oro, Argento, Rame, Argento/Rame-Nickel Tedesco, Ottone, Lega di Zinco, Alluminio, Ferro, Materiale-bli, ecc…
La maggior parte sceglie Rame, Ottone, Lega di Zinco o Ferro. A seconda del budget e della qualità.

 

3° step: conferma il colore di base.(vedi il video)

Questo sta ad indicare il colore base della moneta intera.
Il colore di base del materiale: Colore originale dell’argento, del rame, dell’ottone, dello zinco, dell’Alluminio, ecc…
O colore placcato: placcatura in oro, argento, rame, mickel, anti-rame, anti-bronzo, anti-ottone, ecc…


4° passo: altri effetti.(vedi il video)

Aggiungi altri colori o effetti sulla moneta dopo il colore di base, per renderla speciale. Se le monete non avessero bisogno di effetti, vai al quinto passo.
Normalmente ci vengono richiesti smalti, stampa di imbottiture, inserti di diamante o altro tipo, sei invitato a parlarcene. Ed il miglior modo per descrivercelo è mandarci una immagine dell’effetto che vuoi.

5° passo: confezione o altri dettagli (vedi il video)

Se hai qualche idea, parlacene. Altrimenti, dicci il tuo budget e cosa vorresti come prodotto finale. Potremmo fare qualche ricerca per te.
Confezioni semplici: capsula con polistirolo.
Altre confezioni: pacco regalo, pacchetto da mostra, busta regalo ecc… Un buon modo di farlo è mandarci un form come sotto, così ti capiremo facilmente e avremo tutto quello che ci serve.

 

Questo è un esempio del tuo form di riferimento.

 

3, preventivo basato sulle istruzioni ricevute sopra. 

Ti faremo un preventivo una volta avute le tue istruzioni dettagliate. La tassazione include costi di stampo se necessari.
Le negoziazioni sono basate sulle quantità ecc… fino al raggiungimento di un accordo.
Come ti abbiamo detto nel video, se creiamo il design insieme, ed entrambi riusciamo a rivenderlo, offriamo uno sconto sui costi di stampa. Se hai una buona idea in testa, parlacene!
Sicuramente, raggiungeremo un buon accordo sul prezzo.

4. disegno di anticipazione dopo deposito e conferma dell’ordine

Una volta confermato l’ordine, inizieremo a disegnare una bozza basata sull’idea e le istruzioni del disegno grezzo. Ti manderemo la tua bozza in 1-3 giorni circa a seconda degli impegni. Dopo aver controllato, dacci la conferma o mandaci le istruzioni per modificarla. Per rendere i tempi di comunicazione più veloci, ecco alcuni suggerimenti:
1° mandaci istruzioni dettagliate, meglio se con immagini per mostrare come deve apparire la moneta.
2° quando ti mandiamo la prima bozza, controlla con attenzione ed elenca tutto ciò che vorresti cambiare in un solo messaggio.
Potremo cosi finire velocemente il tuo disegno.

 5, pagamento per la produzione.

  

1°, Paga il costo dello stampo, per la produzione del campione.

Tempo stimato per la produzione del campione: 7 giorni, se ci sono più effetti sulla moneta, 10 giorni circa.

2° paga per un ordine di produzione di massa

Tempo per la produzione di massa: 10-15 giorni a seconda delle quantità e di effetti delle monete.

6, foto della produzione per controllo prima della spedizione.

Al termine della produzione, scatteremo una foto e te la manderemo, così potrai controllare le produzioni.

 

7, spedizione e numero di tracciamento

Толщина: 3 мм или как хотите.

 

2-й шаг: Подтвердить выбранный материал. (См. видео)

У нас есть много видов материалов: золото, серебро, медь, мельхиор / медно-никелевого, латунь, сплав цинка, алюминия, железа, би-материала и т.д.

Большинство людей выбирают медь, латунь, сплав цинка или железа, в  зависимости от бюджета и качества.

 

3-й шаг: Подтвердить основной цвет. (См видео)

Это означает, основной цвет монеты.

Основной цвет материала: Оригинальный серебрянный цвет, оригинальный медный цвет, оригинальный латуннный цвет, оригинальный цвет сплава цинка, oригинальный цвет алюминия и т.д.
Или цвет покрытия: золотая обшивка, серебрение, меднение, никелирование, анти-меднение, анти-бронзирование, анти-латунирование и т.д.

4-й шаг: Дополнительные эффекты (см. видео)

Можно добавить цвет или любой эффект на монету над основным цветом, чтобы сделать её специальной. Если монете не нужно особого эффекта, перейдите на 5-й шаг.
Обычно люди делают цветную эмалировку, тампопечать, алмазную врезку или другое, пожалуйста, обратитесь к нам. Лучший способ описать то что хотите это отправить нам картину эффекта, который вы хотите. 

5-ый этап: Упаковка или другие подробности. (См. видео)

 Если у вас есть идея, скажите нам. Если же нет, сообщите нам свой бюджет и желаемый результат. Мы могли бы поискать для вас.
Простая упаковка: капсула с полиэтиленовым пакетом.
Другие упаковки: подарочная коробка, коробка с отображением монеды, подарочный мешок и т.д. Хороший способ это сделать, это отправить нам форму как показано ниже, тогда мы получим все нужное, и легко договоримся.

3, Определение цены в зависимости от вышеизложенных деталей. 

Мы определим цену как только мы получим ваши инструкции. Котировка включает расходы на литейные формы, если таковые имеются.
Будем вести переговоры по поводу количества и т.д. пока дойдем до соглашения.
Как мы уже говорили в видео, если разработать дизайн вместе, и мы оба могли бы продать его, мы предлагаем скидку на стоимость литейной формы. Так что если у вас есть хорошая идея в голове, просто поговорите с нами.
В основном, мы дойдем до счастливого соглашения о цене.

 

4, Создание наброска для вас на основе бюджета и подтверждение заказа.

После того как подтвердили заказ, мы начнем рисовать набросок в соответствии с идеей и инструкцией. Мы отправим вам набросок в течении 1-3 дня, зависит от расписания. После проверки, пожалуйста подтвердите или отправьте нам инструкцию изменений.

2-ой: когда первая работа отправлена вам, пожалуйста, проверьте внимательно и указать всё , что нужно изменить сразу.
Так мы могли бы закончить набросок быстрее.

5, Oплата для производства.
