Silvia is a new tourism coins distributor in Switzerland. As we known, Switzerland is a beautiful tourism country in the world. Switzerland has tens of thousands of tourists every year. So it is a potential tourism market in Switzerland.
She first contacted us in the early of June,2015. Before the first design, she signed a contract with us about the coin warranty and terms.
The first coin we customed for her is about Dampfbahn Furka. It's one of the most beautiful railway in the world.

After finished this coin, I had been expected to get a chance for a dampfbahn furka travelling.

Client have been this coin business for long before cooperated with us. But she have the problem with quality and also quantity with previous suppliers. Normally, the other supplier's MOQ is 1000pcs. We could do for her 50pcs, 100pcs. We're focus on client's need. and Helping on the designs.
Our CEO Olive is on her business trip to Europe, and spent some time with our client. One of the bigger mint Company in Europe. provide their client with custom mint, wholesale, and package service.
We had work with this client for more than 2 years. And always had a good cooperations. A year ago, in 2014, client visit us in China. And for that time, we increase our business.
So our CEO Olive take this good chance to visit the client, to establish better business even. Olive, Oliver and Nina have a photo after meeting.
During the meeting, they had a good conversation. And have know each other better, for a better cooperation in the future. And maybe in the future, we could also sell the coins form our client. As the coins our client design are really beautiful and worth to collect.
During the visit, Client show us their company, and the advantage of their company is on the designs, packing and printing. of course, the most advantage part is marketing, and full concept of coin designs.

Client's design team, all the coin on wall will be made in 2016. When Olive arrived, it was a little late, the designer have left the company for home. Or, they could have some conversation.
Then, we look arround the office, and then to the their workshop. They show us, one of their packing, cost saving, and good looking.

To develop better business with our clients. Olive our CEO just finished her trip to Europe, and visiting some client there.
We visit a numismatic client form German, and talke with them for the further business.
We have a happy meeting and achive some agreement on future business development. This is also a good chance for us to know more about our client, know how to cooperate and support each other. I belive, we'll have better and better business.
Most of the mint companies face a problem of the MOQ when having their coin minted. Most of the mint factories require a big MOQ, like 500pcs and 1000pcs at least. But the mint company don't want to mint that much, for one reason, they want to do limit edition, like 100pcs or 200pcs edition, to keep the coin in good value. So they have the same problem on making the packing for the coins as well.
We have been always accept low MOQ since we start our business. Our target is to meet our client's need on individuation. I believe the market the buyers will love to see a lot of different designs, then to see only some boring designs in big quantities, maybe sometime cheaper price. We will try our best to support client.
Client is a proffesional mint company with his own minting workshop. So client is profesional on production. But as labour cost and the capacity of the workshop, they need to mint their coin on other factory too. and Client find us.
