Andrew's Custom Design Challenge Dayton Police Coin from USA

Andrew first contacted us at the end of November 2012. His has an inquiry about challenge coin for Dayton Police. First he sent us their draft design photo for review.

As our custom coin approach to his point, then we go ahead with the coin details and he tried to send us a more professional design artwork for reference with black nickel finish.

After we reach an agreement with the coin quotation, our professional designer started to make a free coin sketch color artwork.

Andrew checked it and reminded us about the color of the challenge coins. So we paint the color and sent back to him to approve it.

He approved the artwork, so we went ahead with the production, after we checked with Andrew, both of us agreed to make the sample first in order to make any mistake.

In sample meantime, we posted the coin mold photo for Andrew review.

When sample finished, we found the color is quite different from the original design, we also send to Andrew and ask for some opinion as our workers made some mistake on the colors.

With Andrew’s kindly advise, we found more easy to paint the color, then we produce the sample again in 5 days. And posted him the photos after we checked the colors carefully.
