Cornelia first contacted us at the beginning of Jan 2013 and had requested a custom made design and price based the coin medals. They wanted to ensure the quality of the coin and it was do-able, so we shipped the gold plated samples first as image below.

After they checked the samples, they ensured the quality match to their point, then they made their first trial order for 100 pcs UC Sales Champion medals with brass core of the image below.

First we made a medal artwork for their confirmed before production. They approved  the artwork, so that we can go ahead the production.

The coins was finished and sent out to Am Ball Com earlier March, but before shipping we posted a photo to them.

After UC champion coins, Am Ball Com came back to us with another request Glockle medal coins as the image below.

After agreed with the quotation, Am Ball Com went ahead with sample order again. At first, they supposed the max weight of the coin is 12 gram, so we prefer them to change the thickness. 

After sample finished, we posted photos for their reference first as below.

The sample medals are acceptable well with their customer, but in mass production, they would like to change something ‘Anno 2013’ and select the round one. Even though we need to remake the mold again, we go ahead for their point with no extra cost.

After the mass production, we posted the photos to them again before DHL shipping. And they were very satisfied with the order.
