Denis first contacted us at the middle of October 2013. First he had a custom bimetallic coin request and he was doubt if we can make it as the example picture below.

After we checked with our designer, this bimetallic coin can be done, and we started the sketch artworks and sent him to proof it.

He checked the artworks carefully and found some points to modify. 

Regarding on his points, our designer stayed on modified the artwork for 5 days. And sent to him to approve it again.

He approved the artwork, but still one point he found the leaf on the backside not like 3D. He posted an example picture to us, and make the mass production order with half deposit first.

In order to make the coin perfect, we make the coin sample for him to confirm first in 5 days.

After he checked the coin, unfortunately he can not accept the backside which the leaf not enough to be 3D.

But never mind, after discussion, we decided to make the new mold and do the sample in 5 days again.

Luckily Denis was satisfied with the 3D looks. So finally we can start the mass production and ship to him on time.

After Russian 2 weeks shipment, we contacted with Denis to check if he get the parcel and satisfied with the quality of the coin. Afterwards, he made more orders with his own designs coins.

We worked for Denis for Half a year, more than 10 different designs with his idea.
