One of our client Harish, who order a series of custom coins form us, is a follower of Sai baba, He asked us to make a coing of Sai baba. He sent us picture as bellow:

The other side of the coin is empty. This client made quite many coins with empty sides.
Sai Baba is worshipped by people around the world. He had no love for perishable things and his sole concern was self-realization. He taught a moral code of love, forgiveness, helping others, charity, contentment, inner peace, and devotion to God and guru. He gave no distinction based on religion or caste. Sai Baba's teaching combined elements of Hinduism and Islam.
Sai Baba died in 1918. His followers were divided into Hindu and Muslim factions. Both of them want his body after he’s death. According to Hindu tradition, to get self-conscious spirit after death, the body should be buried in the ground, because they see the saint's body, has had the baptism of fire. Finally the followers agrees to match buried in a nearby Hindu Temple.

1, Talk us about the idea of the coin you want to do .
A, you have an idea of exact coin you want to do, tell us. B, You want a special gift, but not know how to do, talk with us your thinking and outcome you want to reach. We’ll help you to work out the designs. We show you a lot of coins, which we had made for our clients. So that you could get some inspiration. Please check video list. (click to check the list)

We have made more than 10000+ custom coins. These topic cover Movie, super star, famous landscape, religion, commercial use for company, history event etc.
2, after we have an idea of what coin to make, then we have to confirm the details, such as size of the coin, material, etc. So that the coin could be made. Tell us the details follow the step bellow.
1st step: Size of the coin. (see video)
By stamping technic. You could make any size within 150mm. Only If the size we never made before, you have to pay an extra cost for the cutting mold. Size over 150mm or if you want deeper 3D effect, we could make it with casting technic.
We made these sizes the most.
Round in Diameter: 50mm, 45mm, 40mm, 36mm, 30mm, 25mm
Square: 50*28mm, 50*30mm, 44*28mm,
Thickness: 3mm or any you want?
2nd step: Confirm material. (see video)
We have many kinds of materials: Gold, Silver, Copper, German silver/copper-nickel, Brass, Zinc alloy, Aluminum, Iron, Bli-material, etc. Most people choose Copper, Brass, Zinc alloy, or Iron. Depend on the budget and quality.
3rd step: confirm basic color. (see video)
This means the basic color of the whole coin. Material basic color: Original silver color, original copper color, original brass color, original zinc alloy color, Original Aluminum color etc. Or plated color: gold plating, silver plating, copper plating, nickel plating, anti-copper plating, anti-bronze plating, anti-brass plating etc.
4th step: further effect on it.(see video)
Add color or effect on the coin after basic color, to make the coin special. If the coins don’t need special effect, go to 5th step. Normally people do colorful enamel color, pad printing, diamond inset or others, please talk to us. And the best way to describe to us is send us a picture of the effect you want.
5th step: packing or other details. (see video)
If you have an idea, tell us. If you don’t, tell us your budget and outcome. We could do some search for you. Simple packing: Capsule with polybag. Other packings: gift box, display box, gift bag etc. A good way to do it is send us a form as bellow, then we get everything, and understand you easily.

3, quotation against the detail instruction above.
We’ll quote you once we get your details instruction. Quotation including mold charges if any. Negotiation base on the quantities etc. untill an agreement. As we have told in the video, if work out the designs together, and both of us could sell it, we offer discount on the mold charge. So if you have a good idea in head, just talk to us. Mostly, we’ll reach an happy agreement on the price.
4, artwork sketch drawing against deposit and order confirmation.
Once the order confirm, we’ll start drawing artwork sketch according to the idea and instruction and raw drawing. We’ll send you artwork in about 1-3days depends on the schedule. After checking, please approval with us or send us modification instruction. To make it fast and shorten the time of communication, some of the tips: 1st send us detail instruction, better with some picture to describe what’s the coin look like. 2nd when the first artwork send to you, please check carefully and point out all that need to modify in a time. Then we could finish the artwork quick for you.

5, payment against the production.
1st , Pay for the mold charge, to make the sample production.
Sample production lead time: 7days, if more effect on coin, 10days.
or
2nd pay for the order for mass production.
Production lead time: 10-15days according to quantities and effect on coin.

6, production photo for checking before shipment.
When production finish, we’ll take photo and send you, so that you could check the productions.
7, shipment and tracking no.

Dominque is form a French company, Atlantic Access Media SAS. Today we talk about the second coin related to football topic, which he made form us. Football is an universal sport, so we made a lot of coins related to football. At least 200designs. I’m going to write all the stories, about football club, like all the club form bundesliga, like Bayern, Stuttgurt etc. And Arsena. Football star like Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo etc.
Before this inquiry, they made one coin with Russia football club. You could see the picture bellow. As the coin is made in 2012. We don’t have a clear picture already. But we still could find the coin in good design. One side with the football star, the other side with the club logo.
Dominque contacted us with an inquiry of 1000pcs, and they sent the instruction. Please see email as bellow.
Now, we know the coins client wanted. But we cant quote him without some specific informations. So that we talk with Dominque, to provide us bellow information:
1/ the size of the coin.
2/ the outlook of the coin( eletronic plating color and other effect)
3/ material use for the coin
4/ packing(if special packing needed)
So that after talk Dominque sent us bellow information, then we could quote.
After quotation, then we started making the artwork for Dominque. This is quick a artwork. The artwork was almost approval only with one revise on the size of the words needed.
According to Dominque’s requirement. We revised the artwork and sent Dominque as bellow. Could you see the different? Not easy right? Sometimes, we’re doing tinny work to make the coin better.

We have already designs more than 10000+ for clients worldwide. Please you want to read more stories.
This coin is as a gift for people attending their wedding. So it goes with a thank you card. They want a velvet box too. So that it’s well packed. But the time is limited, so that we made the coins for them only. That’s not as perfect as we expected.

They sent the inquiry, it’s quite a long instruction. See bellow.
Actually they had already know about what kind of coin they want. And send full instruction, so that we could design the coins for them they easily.
And they are urgently need it. We don’t have enough time, as usually, we could finish the coin for client in about 10-15day after artwork confirmed. We need fews days to finish the artwork. The time for artwork depends on the communication between client and us. Sometimes, we could finish the artwork in one day. but some times, client want changes on it, we need to communication many times, so it take times. So that we have to confirm with them before making the artwork.
Fatima confirm the time. So that we go ahead with the designs quickly. Here is the first artwork we made. Because we don’t know which picture they had chosen. So that we use a picture for the artwork, which they came back to us they want the other one.
They firstly want a stone on the coin, like what we done for our stock coin as bellow. But finally, they want to control the cost. So that they deleted the stone. And we come to agreement for the last revised on the coin. And they confirm the artwork quick.
After the crime prevention coin, we made an challenge coin of Bellbrook for Andrew. But this time unexpected misunderstanding happened.
Andrew is always in good cooperation with us, and he love our quality and service. But one day he sent us and email that. He want to change supplier. Why?
Because Anson is out for training for 1 week. The trainning is to improve skill in work and management. And then Anson got ill. So at that time, Anson could not arrange the artwork for Andew in time. Anson is such a careful person, he didn’t pass over this job to other colleague. He could understand client better. But Andrew have an urgent order to make, and could not wait.
So mistake happened.
Luckly Andrew is nice person, he just need in time communication. So when he heard this, he send us and email as bellow.
Mistake solved. Anson urgently work on the artwok for him.
Andrew get an inquiry form bellbrook police office. And he attached picture to us, so the we made him artwork.
Anson came back to work immediately when he was not very ill, and made Andrew artwork quick and sent him as usual. So that Andrew could do the checking and revising.
And we talked about the changes. You see Andrew decided to change the words on it.
And then finally the coin was done.
This coin is to Bellbrook police officer. Their daily work need Loyalty, courage and community. So that they could keep the town safer. Do you think so?
