Julia comes from Australia. She is such a romantic lady that she made a custom coin for her husband's birthday party, which surprise her husband a lot. And of course made a very very very special party.

In June, she placed an order of 100 pcs blank coins in our Aliexpress Store and left a memo to us. When I checked her order details, I noticed she may want to make a custom birthday coin, so I immediately confirm with her about the detail design.

According to Julia's requirement, we did an artwork for her and she was pleased with it.

Julia loved that designs. And about the size of the coin, we suggest her two size. She decided to make a bigger one. 

After everything approval.  She paid us the mold charge. then we made the mold for her.
Later after mold done, She paid for the balance. We began the coin's production.

After one week, the coins were done. We sent the pics to Julia while arranging the shipment.

She said it was a surprise for her husband's birthday. She was planning a party, invited all of her husband's friends to come. These coins are gifts for them, to remember this special day! She's very satisfied with the coin and gave me a high degree of destiny.

Christopher first contacts us for inquiry customized coins and bars, he wants to make some his idea designs based on the original mint coins. So he sent the first batch of  the designs and we made the sketch for his reference.

According to source material which Christopher offered, we made the sketches for him to check it first as below. 

After his approval, then we started the production.

Production finished, and we sent the coins and bars via DHL, with delivery 4 days. Christopher was satisfied with the designs and continues more designs later.

And we still made the sketch artworks for him in 2 days.

Katherine's Special Christmas gift for family

Katherine, who comes from Canada. She said she want a specail gift for her family, which will be surprise her mum and dad. And she have an idea when she saw our coins.  Yes, definitely  a coin with the family picture on it will be a special gift.

Most of the sellers only accept 50pcs of the minimum order.

She only order a small quantity that is why all the seller refuse to make her order.

Our designer help her sketch a simple artwork. Our designer added the heart shape flower on the coin for showing love for her family.

The revise one according to her demands.

This coins are going to be a big surprise for her family on the Christmas. So she concerns about the production time & delivery time. So we told her about the production timetable. We try our best to send her package on Dec. 19.

The timetable of the custom coin process:

Artwork finished: about 3-4 working days

Mold & sample production: about 7 working days

Coin production: about 7 working days

DHL shipping: about 3-4 working days

The artwork came out on Dec.13. After her confirmation, we process the coin production.

She was so excited about this special gift for her family.

We sent her package out on Dec.20th. And she get the package on Dec.22th.

We finally completed this super project in a very tight time.

How Much Does the Russian People Like Putin?

Do you have any idea about how much the Russian like their President Putin? Well I learned it from a lot of Russian People. They like lots of stuffs which related Putin, even just a Putin image printed on it. 

Sergei is one of them. He runs a large web of fasteners of metal in Russia, will always have some idea about what he can do with their President. He made a decision have to create something to help people honor their country's leader. After some researching, he found out that most Russian people like to collect coins. There are some Putin Coins. Coins can be stored for a very long time. So he got an idea-to make a custom Putin coin with his own design.

He asked me to help him. 

After conversation with Sergei, I got what kind of coins he want then talk to our designer to made him an artwork of the coin. The design shows Putin and the Bronze Horsman of St Petersburg, Which both are symbols of Russia. He love the designs.

Then We offered the quote, and also sent him  our other Putin Coins. He like our putin designs too. So after consideration, He ask us to send coins of our designs first in this way he could check our quality first without paying the mold charge. 

Since the our Putin coins are in size 40*3mm. Sergei want small size 25*2.5mm. In this way, we have to make new mold too. Every size need a mold. After discuss Sergei Decided to make his designs in small size.  
And our designer work out two designs for him. You see finally he do the two designs as bellow.

When there was no problem with the artwork, he made the payment, then we started the sample process. 

It took us 7 days to make the molds. 3 Days later the samples were done.

I sent him coin’s pictures and shipped them out by China post air mail.

Half month Later, he received the samples and was satified with thecoin. So he placed the first order for 2000pcs coins. Yeah a lot of people would want this he said. That's really impressed. About 10 days later, we shipped them out by air mail. During the shipment we paid close attention to it so that he could got them in time. Finally he got them and felt good about the coins.

The times cost:

1/ Digital artwork drawing: 2~3 working days

2/ Mold making: 5~7 working days

3/ Sample making: 3~5 working days

4/Delivery time: about 15~25 days(China post air mail); 12~19 days(EMS); 4~9 days(DHL)

Now I know how they love Putin. He's a charming, isn't he?

This 10pcs of Custom Veteran Challenge Coin is for an Retired Soldier who is in the Vietnam battle.

Carl is an Retired Vietnam soldier form US army. He want to make a challenge coin for his Vietnam Comrades. But he need only 10pcs. This is such a sweet thing to do. That coins will be with a lot of memories.

1.A inquiry for 10 pcs custom design coins

At November, we get a inquire from Carl who comes from United States.

Carl was a ex-soldier that he want to make 10 pieces custom coins for souvenir the living memorial Vietnam day. 

2.The custom design from the client show

The original design is as the picture show. (Same design both two side) The picture of the Carl to offer are too fuzzy.It is a big challenge for our designer. But we try the best to make the artwork to him.

3.Give the advice and design for choice

Three days passed,and our designer hard work,we give some advice to Carl and offer four design for choice.

4.Confirm the design

Carl was said thank you very much we can be so patient to him.At last,after the Carl confirm the artwork,we have a decision to made the design like the No.3 design show.

5.Make the payment and start to production

Then Carl make the payment,and we start to production,after a week, the coins were done. We sent the pic to Carl while arranged the shipment.(Shipping Time:7-10 working days)

6.The positive feedback to me

Few days later, the customer got the physical coins, and he is very satisfied with the coins.

Mauro is a local customized coin wholesaler in Chile. Customized coin is a new and potential product in South America market, especially Chile. There isn’t much coins manufacturer in Chile, so they would like to order customized coins from oversea.

He first contacted us in the early of June. And his inquiry was customized logo army coin with small quantities. After got his inquiry, we made a preliminary standard size coin quotation for his review.

After the quotation, Mauro sent his first customized design with hand draw version. According to his blurry design, my designer try to adjust to a regular artwork for his reference.

He was impressive with the designs. And just do some little change for the artworks.

After his client approval, he made the order and we confirmed the final details then arranged the production. 

We delivered the coins in 10 days, and we are very happy that Mauro.

According the first successful cooperation, Mauro has the second inquiry for customized coins to us.

The same as the usual, we made the digital artwork first.

After some changes, final artworks below.

After the final approved, we started the production and finished in 10days.

When we sent Mauro the finished coin image, he found the mistake of the coin text. We didn’t understand Spanish and Mauro doesn’t check the artwork carefully.

According to this mistake, both of him and us have mistake. But finally we agreed to remake the mass coin production again for free to Mauro.

After the soldier order, Mauro got his third customized order cannon coins.

The last lessons we learned, this time we paid more attention on the Spanish and check it carefully. And Mauro want to try some new craft for the coins. So we advised him the anti bronze plating.

When production finished, we sent image for him to review the color first.

From then on, we made many many successful coins to Mauro.
