Toporikov first contacted us at the early of October 2013. He had requested a custom-made design and price limited coin and post example picture below.

After agreed with the price, he sent us design which is an original images. His point is the design should be detailed and similar to example which is for our reference.

When we sent him the sketch artwork, he found the design still not perfect enough, and pointed out the change which he thought much better.

Regarding on these points, we look for more material otherwhere and take some of our ideas. We modified it again and again, finally sketch artwork come out and sent to him. 

Luckily, he is satisfied with the design artwork, so that we can start the sample production and then shipped to him in 5 days.

When he got the samples, he found the coins quality is good, but very unlucky, he made a mistake of the coin description, and need to redone it.

Regarding to save more time, we made a mold and sample again, and he confirmed the sample by email.
