Nina is a mint product manager in Germany. Their company is one of the world’s leading coin wholesale companies in the world! They first contacted us in early November, 2013.
First they have requirement for silver and copper-nickel coins. After the quotation and their discussion. They want to have a sample trial order to check the quality.
Therefore our designer drew the digital artwork for their reference before production.
After their confirmation, sample finished in 1 week.
They were very satisfied with the sample quality when received it. At the meantime, they inquired other Indian coins as well.
And shortly afterwards, the second sample order for the irregular injection medal come.
After we finished the samples, we sent a image for their review. And when they received it and compared to the samples which from Germany company. The colors are in sand which we can not match it, so we failed this project. But never mind, we have tried our best, and we still thought there were much cooperate opportunities in the future.
It was true that I thought, Nina have an order for bimetallic medals after 2 weeks. This is their first mass order to us.
So we pay 120% attention to it. :)
After we collect the design, sample are produced and sent in 2 weeks. There are 2 points need to improve after they got the samples.
Regarding on their requirement, we improved the sample again, and finished the mass production. In the meantime, they have more 6 similar designs to us.

So we make all the design previously in overtime, finally we finished the production on time and ship it via DHL.
They are very happy for the coin quality and more and more orders waiting to make.
No matter it is small or big order, irregular or easy order, we pay 100% attention to the production and aging for their satisfaction.
In the early of September,2014. We got an invitation from them to meet with their manager Oliver. And we have a nice conversation and dinner with Oliver who is a so gentle and kind man. :)
Till now, we still keep a good business, and there are still much successful designs.
